Ordering
What is the minimum order value?
£150.00 excluding VAT. You can purchase lessor amounts but there is a £9.29 (inc vat) P&P charge.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but please be quick :) we process orders immediately and your order could well be picked and packed within an hour. We may need to get the order returned by our courier and we might need to charge you a recall service charge of £20.00 plus VAT to get our goods back if they are in transit to you.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use several couriers and pallet networks.
Post, Pack and Shipping Policy
As a general rule, if we receive your order before 1pm, it will be delivered the next working day (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). You can request specific day of delivery but specific times in the day are difficult to control. We will always try our best to accomadate your needs.
